Our organization is launching a study focused on the capacity, structure, and organizational culture of refugee-led organizations and groups.
The goal is to collect information that will help identify strengths, key challenges, and areas where additional support may be useful. The results will be used only for research and capacity-building purposes.
Following the survey, we will organize specialized trainings and a mentoring program to further support the growth and sustainability of refugee-led organizations.
