Finding a job is an important condition for the integration of refugees in Bulgaria

Ukrainians and their family members who have received temporary protection, asylum or international protection in Bulgaria can work without a permit to access the labor market. Those with refugee or humanitarian status can register as jobseekers at the employment offices of their permanent or current address.

“Aroma” AD is a Bulgarian company with a ten-year history in the production of cosmetics and hygiene materials. In order to present the production process and the opportunity provided in the labor market, we showed women from Ukraine the working environment and the production process.

The “Open Day” initiative presents a direct connection between Ukrainian citizens looking for employment in Bulgaria and a local company ready to provide this chance.

This activity for providing social services to refugees is realized with the support of UNHCR Bulgaria.

Help us by supporting our cause!

The need has faces, but no nationality. The manner of donation is as important as the act itself. Solidarity only makes sense when emotions are combined with reason and trust is not broken, but preserved and stimulated.
