A significant encounter for her with the refugee issue took place in the years when the Council of Refugee Women in Bulgaria (CWB) took its first steps and founded its organization in 2003. It was due to the invitation of one of the inspirers and founders of the organization, Asma Bourzhi. who, together with Linda Aouanis and other brave women, started the association. Over the years, he has participated in various initiatives and campaigns of the SZHZB, that is why he gladly accepted the invitation to join the Management Board of the association. Strongly believes that every small step is worth the effort when it comes to giving women a voice and a dignified place in all our life and professional roles of expression and equal participation in modern society.
