In March 2021 we conducted a survey of the satisfaction of our beneficiaries under the project "Comprehensive integration support for legally resident third country nationals". The data were collected by beneficiaries entering the program for the first time, for the period November/ December 2020 – January/ February 2021. Within the project, which we are working on together with Caritas Sofia, various activities and services are set to improve access to social and health services, education, employment, development of social skills and active participation in society.
The survey data show that the most used service in the last three months is yet again social counseling, followed by translation, accompaniment and health mediation. For implementation of our services in over 70% of the cases is required only one meeting with our specialist, which confirms the observation that the work with the beneficiaries is mainly informational and consultative, except in complex and long-term cases that are ongoing and require deeper interaction.
The survey reveals predominantly high levels of satisfaction, which, if linked to the low frequency of meetings and their informative and consultative nature, should show that the demand from the beneficiaries is mainly related to access to information and assistance in the form of translation.
