Submitted by Dessi on Tue, 12/31/2019 - 14:25 Employment is a key component in the integration process of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants. Migrant women, because of the traditions in their countries of origin, often remain outside the field of employment. Through the EVERMORE project activities, the women from non-EU countries will be able to: - identify and/or develop Europe-specific labor market competencies and skills; - be supported by a mentor and trainer, and thus: - discover their strengths and interests. In contrast to the social exclusion in which women of migrant background often fall, within the project they will be able to participate in several social events, in a mentoring and training programme. They will have the opportunity to meet regularly with successful women from the host society, to build new contacts, to communicate and to practice their language skills in Bulgarian or in English. As a result, they will receive a certificate showing how their skills have developed through the EVERMORE training programme.
